    Directions

    采用纯正香醇的手工椰糖浆,与奶油奶酪结合后的美味,会是个惊喜!

    Step 1

    将材料A放进大碗内,搅拌至细滑后,加入淡奶油,打至挺身后加入椰糖浆,拌匀。In a large bowl, add in ingredient A stir until smooth, add whipped cream continue whip till fluffy then add Gula Melaka syrup mix well.

    Step 2

    将的椰糖奶油奶酪糊装进挤花袋内,束好,收进雪柜内至少2个小时,备用。Put the step 1 cream cheese paste into the piping bag, tie it and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

    Step 3

    取一玻璃杯,依次序先放入一层香兰蛋糕。Prepare ingredient C, take a glass, and put a layer of pandan cake.

    Step 4

    然后挤入适量的奶油奶酪糊,撒上适量的椰糖碎和椰糖浆,最后撒上椰丝。Then squeeze in the right amount of cream cheese paste, sprinkle some chopped Gula Melaka and syrup, then sprinkle shredded coconut at the end.

    Step 5

    重复作法3&4,直到填满杯,放入雪柜内冷藏2个小时后取出,放上香兰椰糖椰丝球,即可享用。Repeat step 3&4 until the cup is filled, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours and then take it out, put Pandan Gula Melaka balls on top and enjoy.
